Felicia has been at the helm of BConnected since 1997, shaping it to a renowned brand in Event Management, Recruitment and Professional Services. With extensive experience in planning and executing diverse events, she has led the company to excel in professional conference planning, both at local and international levels.

In Recruitment Services, Felicia is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. She actively promotes a culture of respect and belonging within BConnected and strives to contribute meaningful values to society through her commitment to these principles. She is driven by a passion for fostering opportunities for youth and school leavers to unlock their hidden potential.

Through the Professional Services Division, she has opened opportunities for ‘mothers at home’ caring for young kids, as well as professionals seeking independent work through a variety of consultancies, enabling them to embark on diverse projects, fostering a dynamic and flexible work environment that aligns with the evolving landscape of business.

Felicia’s leadership is not just about business growth, but also about making a positive impact on individuals and communities through fostering honest relationships.

Felicia Adhihetty – Managing Director

Natasha is a non-working Director who previously held the role of HR Executive at BConnected and was also instrumental in initiating BConnected Weddings. She holds a BA from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and is presently pursuing her professional career as a teacher.

Duthika holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London and was called to the Bar of Sri Lanka in 2011. He has been in active legal practice since then in the areas of Banking Law, Company Law, Administrative Law, Industrial Law, Labor Disputes, Money recovery Law, drafting of Commercial Agreements and Contracts, and specializes in Appeals relating to Administrative, Company, Industrial, Banking and Commercial Law. He is attached to the Chambers of Mr. Shammil J. Perera (PC), and continues to provide Legal Consultancy services to various Companies, Institutes and Organizations dealing with International Non-Governmental Organizations and Foreign Missions.

With an illustrious career spanning three decades in the travel industry, Rapti is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in senior management roles. Her career so far has been characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence, and dedication, recognized through various accolades; most notably the prestigious CEO Award. Beyond the boardroom, Rapti’s heart lies in the world of wildlife, with a passion for nature and wildlife conservation.

Priyanthi has a Bachelor of Science (Special) in Business Management from the Wayamba University, Sri Lanka and an MBA from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She has completed the Intermediate level in Chartered Accountancy and is a CISI Certified Trainer. Priyanthi joined BConnected in 2015 and has over 9+ years of service. She heads Recruitment & HR Services as well as Operational functions at BConnected.

Priyanthimala Nirshan – Manager, HR and Operations.

Rushike has over 7+ years of experience in handling local and international events, conferences, and hybrid events. Having joined BConnected in 2017, his expertise and extensive training in the MICE sector bring a wealth of hands-on experience to his work. He also oversees the company's social media and marketing aspects; and his passion lies in crafting unforgettable experiences and seeking new opportunities in event planning to contribute to exceptional customer-centric events.

Rushike Dharmasena – Manager, Events.

Dilomi has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity St David. She has over 10 years of experience in diverse fields including Administration, HR, Finance, Customer Services and Event Coordination.

She serves as the Administrative and Operations Executive at BConnected since February 2020.

Heshan Peiris is a finance professional with over 12 years of diverse experience in Financial Management, Reporting & Budgeting. Heshan joined BConnected in 2023.

Udeshika is a HR professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in industries such as Banking, Telecommunication, Food and Beverage, and Aviation. Her expertise spans HRD strategy, learning and development, HRIS implementation, and fostering performance-driven cultures. After a career break, Udeshika joined the recruitment arm of BConnected.

Sylviya joined BConnected in 2024 as a final year undergraduate pursuing Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Resource Management at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. She handles the on-boarding of new employees, documentation, databases and other administrative duties.

Evangeline Sylviya Raveendran – HR & Administration Assistant

Tahlia joined BConnected as an undergraduate student in 2021, for the position of Social Media Assistant. She has since graduated from University of London with a Bachelors (Hons) in International Relations and has experience in events and publications. She is currently serving as the Print & Digital Project Coordinator.

Ingrid is a well-seasoned professional, with an extensive career of over 20 years specializing in the Administration and Human Resources Sector. She has previously been employed both locally and overseas within Banking and Corporate trade, and subsequently joined BConnected in 2020.

Ingrid Papalie – Talent Acquisition Partner.

Amandha completed Final exams of Bachelor of Laws (University of London) and has completed her Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law. She joined BConnected in 2023, taking up the position of Communications Executive and has previous experience working in similar roles over the past 3 years.
